Meet our Leadership Team
At Oak Bridge Academy, our dedicated lead staff combine expertise in education, clinical services, and student support to create an environment where every child can thrive. Our team includes Ontario Certified Teachers, BCBAs, RBTs, and specialists in speech-language, occupational therapy, curriculum, and social-emotional learning.
Together, they ensure our programs are evidence-based, individualized, and designed to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering confidence and belonging.

Kristina Clemmer
Administrator (Hespeler Campus)
Kristina was born to organize and has true passion (or some would say obsession) for post-it's, coloured pens, filing tabs and list making. At Oak Bridge Academy she gets to apply her administrative and organizational skills to the day to day behind the scenes "juggling act" of administration at a busy school. Kristina ran a home childcare for 18 years before joining the team at OBA in 2022. Her love for children and passion for organization help things run smoothly for the kiddo's, their families and staff and she loves every minute of it.
Heather McLaughlin
Administrator (Forward Campus)
Heather brings to us a strong administrative skills and a deep commitment to teamwork and community. As a member of the team that helped establish the school, she is passionate about supporting the parents, staff, and students she holds dear.
With 15 years of experience running a home daycare in Kitchener and volunteering as a parent administrator for a local children and youth choir, Heather brings proven organization and heart to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and walking her standard poodle, Percy. She’s thrilled to be back and looks forward to contributing to Oak Bridge’s continued success.
