Behaviour Therapist Clinical Services

Oak Bridge Clinical specializes in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. We are partnered with Oak Bridge Academy, a small, not-for-profit independent school that provides a unique and rewarding learning environment for students with exceptional learning needs.
Our clinical services offer targeted, individualized intervention through both 1:1 and group supports. Using a mindful approach, we address a range of developmental areas, including communication, social skills, self-care, and pre-academic skills. Core services include Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, tailored to each individual’s needs.
Position Overview
Oak Bridge Clinical is seeking a full-time Behaviour Therapist. In this role, under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator, you will conduct learner assessments, implement individualized ABA-based interventions, prepare program materials, and support the development of communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills while helping to reduce challenging behaviours. You will record data, maintain session notes, and collaborate with the clinical team to support student progress. This position involves direct client support within a clinical setting, requires flexible working hours, and provides supervision hours toward Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) certification.
