YOU can Adopt-a-Classroom!Beginning in September, Oak Bridge Academy will launch a new permanent campus in Cambridge, expanding our capacity to support neurodiverse students and their families. This second location on Hespeler Road is poised to significantly enhance our offerings. The campus includes six classrooms, indoor and outdoor play areas, breakout rooms for therapeutic services, and gym facilities. While the basic structure is in place, renovations are necessary to meet the specific educational and behavioural needs of our programs. This fundraising campaign aims to rally community support for Oak Bridge Academy as we undertake these essential renovations at our new Hespeler Campus. The goal is to cover the costs of these renovations and potentially offset operational expenses associated with the move, ensuring that we can continue to provide exceptional educational and therapeutic services to our students and families. |
The exciting growth that we are experiencing represents Oak Bridge Academy's success in supporting neurodiverse students and their families in Waterloo Region and beyond. We are growing to ensure as many community members as possible can access our world-class education and therapeutic services when they need it. To overcome our lack of government funding, Oak Bridge leverages regional sponsors and partners to deliver for families. We are immensely grateful for the strong community support we have received—a true 'village' rallying around our cause.
We are inviting both individuals and businesses to participate in adopting a classroom to support the expansion, financial costs of the renovations and the incoming of 40 new students for the 2024/2025 school year.
