The application process helps us gain important information about prospective students and their families. This process will help all parties determine if Oak Bridge is the appropriate placement for their child and family.

1:1 Clinical Services
Step 1:
Consultation with our coordinator to discuss needs and goals. During this time options for services will be discussed. No charge
Step 2:
Recommendations for services
Step 3:
Complete a service agreement package
Step 4:
Assessment*- an assessment will be completed to assess your child's strengths and needs. An intervention plan will be written by our Clinical Coordinator, RBA (ONT) and approved by you.
*A Clinical assessment is required upon initiation of services

Step 1:
A free consultation with our coordinator to discuss needs and goals. During this time options for services will be discussed and entry criteria will be reviewed. No charge
Step 2:
If your child meets the entry criteria, they will be invited to participate in an observation-group screening. If they do not meet the eligibility requirements, alternative service options will be suggested and explored. No charge
Step 3:
Your child will be invited to participate in an observation-group screening that will last approximately 45 minutes. We will provide recommendations regarding your child’s suitability for group learning based on this observation. No charge
Step 4:
Your child will be recommended for a group and goals will be discussed.
Step 5:
Upon agreement of the group, your child will be registered for the next available group.
