The system begins with our Administration Interface that allows you to Add & Modify Departments and products. It also gives you valuable visitor tracking data, as well as sales information on both customers' orders and on individual inventory items.
Your customer sees a complete catalog of all the products that you have available for sale. They can browse by department, or search for the products they are interested in. They can see detailed information for any product before they make their selection. Once the find the item they wish to purchase, they add it to their shopping cart. Then they have the option of either browsing for more items, or completing the transaction. Once the sale has been completed, they receive a confirmation of their order on screen, and via email.
Returning customers do not have to re-enter their information, they simply log into the system and their information is automatically retrieved. They also have the ability to review any previous order they have placed, and to see the status of any order they have made.
